Course Overview

This course: “Understanding Your Beliefs” is divided into 7 sections: 1. Introduction 2. The Definitions and Brief Explanations of Your Mental Functions 3. Questions Regarding Beliefs and the Thought Process 4. Observations Regarding Beliefs and the Thought Process 5. Preparing Your Lists 6. The Solutions: Techniques for Reprogramming Your Beliefs 7. Conclusion.

 After the Introduction section we will start off the course by first discussing the types of mental processes we use to construct our beliefs in section 2. The topics included here are necessary to understand before moving on to the other lectures, plus it is also quite interesting because it is what you actually do, even if you are unaware.  Next in section 3, we will cover some questions regarding beliefs and the thought process. The 4th section covers observations regarding beliefs and the thought process. The 5th section we talk about preparing your lists – this is where we start to use what we have learned in the previous lectures to actually making the lists that we will use to program our new beliefs. The 6th section is on how we will install these beliefs titled Solutions: Techniques for Reprogramming Your Beliefs. And we will conclude with section 7 titled conclusion.
